The Systems Group is a diverse group of privately-held companies built on customer service. The Systems Group, Systems Contracting, and American Steel share the same custom template with variations in theme. Systems Spray-Cooled™ has a separate custom template.

The Problem

The Systems Group needed an updated look for their three companies that would showcase their work and products. They wanted to incorporate many photographs and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices. Systems Spray-Cooled focused on a different market and would require a different template treatment to reach its target audience.

The Solution

Using the new Styles feature in Joomla 1.7, three of the companies share the same custom-made template using a single Joomla installation. Photo galleries with keyword-rich alt tags, titles and descriptions are placed throughout the websites.

Systems Spray-Cooled has a separate Joomla installation with a separate template, to more specifically focus on its target market and marketing goals.
