Jen Kramer
Jen Kramer is the perfect combination of geek and non-geek. I guess you could say that she is technically bi-lingual. Trust her, she's a trained professional!
For over ten years, she has been educating clients, colleagues, friends and graduate students about the meaning of a "quality website." As a former sole proprietor, she has always believed that there is plenty of work to go around and that fellow professionals should work together in order to offer the best possible solutions to all clients.
Jen develops sites that are functional, usable, accessible, and supportive of business and marketing goals. She is a senior faculty member at the Marlboro College Graduate School, teaching courses and workshops in web site design and management, including Joomla. She is the Program Director for the Master's of Science in Internet Technologies program (MSIT), advising students and overseeing courses and faculty pertaining to the degree. She has also previously taught at Champlain College, the Community College of Vermont, and the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University.
Jen is a Lynda.com author for the titles "Joomla! Creating and Editing Custom Templates", "Joomla! Advanced CSS", "Preparing
CMS Web Graphics and Layouts Using Open Source Tools", and "Web
Site Strategy and Planning".
Her first book, "Joomla! Start to Finish: How to Plan, Execute, and Maintain Your Web Site", was published in January 2010.
Jen earned a BS in biology at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in Internet Strategy Management at the Marlboro College Graduate Center. She runs the Joomla! User Group New England.
Heidi Stanclift
Heidi Stanclift has the experience and training to create the web site of your dreams! As a 4Web developer, she uses the content management system Joomla! to quickly develop your web site that is then maintainable by you……she can also take care of your site if you prefer! Making sure your web site is WEB 2.0 ready is a top priority.
For over 20 years, Heidi has been an IT professional in the local area. She is a founding member and the current Vice President of Internet for the Greater Monadnock Keene, NHPMI Institute chapter. Project management has always been a high priority in her professional career.
Heidi earned Computer Science and Business Management degrees from Keene State College. Returning to Marlboro College Graduate School in 2007, she fell in love with web site development. A software engineer her whole life,development on the web seemed to be the next logical step in her IT career. She was class speaker at the
Marlboro College Graduate Center’s 2008 commencement ceremony where she earned her MS in Internet Technology.
Heidi is also active in the Joomla! User Group
New England. She was part of the web team that developed their web site.
