Bliss No.5 was founded in 2001 in Portland, Oregon by Award-Winning pastry chef Jennifer Green. The first confection to put Bliss on the map was Green’s infamous Choco Bacon Bar. In addition to a thriving online business, Bliss no.5 has 8 free-standing stores, with more to come in 2010. Recent products include Spicy Bliss Organic Hot Chocolate, Chocolate Truffles, and additions to the Pastilles line.

We make our candies using organically-grown 75% bittersweet chocolate. The unique pairing of exotic ingredients with our rich chocolate ganache makes for a very original collection. We recommend that you eat your chocolates right away, or store at room temperature, up to one week. Refrigeration is not recommended.
